CNC milling

3, 4 and 5-axis machining for complex geometry, from a first prototype to a small run.

Travel to 64 × 32 × 30 in. Tables to 4,000 lb.

Grinding and honing

ID, OD, surface, wet surface and jig grinding, plus honing for precision bores.

OD to Ø12 × 36 in. Honing to Ø2 in.

See every machine limit

Take pride in the parts you make.

We're hiring machinists who can read a print, set up a job, prove it out and tell when a part is right. Programming experience helps. It isn't required.

Who we make parts for

Most of our work goes into automotive production equipment, along with medical, cleaning products and other specialty applications. Jobs are high-mix and often one piece, so the shop is built around short runs and frequent setups.

Materials

Aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, low and high-carbon steel, stainless, tool steel and plastics.
