How we work
Careful workmanship, honest communication, solving problems together and respect for the people doing the work.
Taylor Turning has made precision parts in Wixom, Michigan since 1984. The shop runs on skilled machinists, practical problem-solving and pride in the work.

We turn customers' drawings into finished components: prototypes and small production runs for automotive, medical, cleaning products and other specialty work. CNC turning, milling, grinding and honing all happen in this building.
The work depends on people who understand materials, setups and the details on a drawing. We value practical experience, careful workmanship and straight answers for customers.
Careful workmanship, honest communication, solving problems together and respect for the people doing the work.
Make quality parts, tell customers the truth about them and build relationships that last. Be a place where skilled people do work they're proud of, keep learning and support their families.
Keep investing in technology and in the next generation of tradespeople, and grow steadily without losing what makes the work good.
